Energy and Commissioning Engineer

Job Summary

Manage multiple energy and commissioning projects for new construction, existing buildings, and retro-commissioning, including client interface, team coordination, and schedule management. Perform field work such as site audits, systems testing, troubleshooting, and development of energy improvement measures while executing testing protocols to verify building system performance. Leverage data analytics and tools like SkySpark to support energy engineering processes and measurement and verification of energy savings. Run or support significant portions of projects with minimal oversight, requiring the ability to quickly assume ownership and resolve coordination challenges independently.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-10+ years of experience in engineering field (mechanical preferred), including building energy engineering (MEP and controls)
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related discipline
  • Ability to travel to sites for field work
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
