Job Summary
Lead strategic-level products and collaborate with IC experts to assess foreign systems for electric power generation, transmission, and distribution, including infrastructure and networks. Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings. Requires 3+ years of analysis experience, knowledge of energy infrastructure, and active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Candidates must have HS diploma/7 years experience or Bachelor's/3 years experience in intelligence or economics. This role supports shift work, accepts 6 or 12-month rotations, and is based in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in analysis
- Knowledge of energy infrastructure, systems, and resources
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or economics or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or economics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in IC infrastructure analysis and in ICD 203/206 tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
- Ability to provide shift work support
- Ability to accept a 6 or 12-month rotation to another team and facility
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Additional Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance; preferably with CI polygraph exam
