Job Summary
Enemy Designer for ARC Raiders delivering enemy and NPC systems with behavior, decision making, and scalable gameplay loops. Owns design and implementation of features, balancing enemy difficulty, and collaborating across Designers, Engineers, Animators, and other disciplines to translate concepts into prototypes and features. Responsible for designing enemy behaviors, pathfinding, behavior trees, states and transitions, and contributing to core enemy systems while shaping player experiences and ensuring high-quality, balanced gameplay across PvP and PvE contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing and making games, with shipped titles being a plus
- Experience working with enemy design and systems for games
- Proficiency with the Unreal Engine and experience with Blueprints and scripting
- A good knowledge and familiarity with the various disciplines: coding, animation, physics, 3D Art, etc.
