Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand needs, providing helpful product knowledge and accurate checkout support. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and legal policies. Maintain an inclusive environment where all teammates and athletes feel welcome and respected. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach. Perform other tasks as assigned.
