Job Summary
Endur Software Engineer needed to support Trading & Supply IT in Crude North America. Role combines hands-on development and production support across Endur-based applications and the Oil Data Warehouse (ODW). Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Endur-based applications, triaging and resolving production issues (L2/L3), delivering defect fixes and small projects, creating technical designs and documentation, and collaborating within Agile delivery teams and with ServiceNow Change & Problem Management. Must have strong Endur (Openlink) development experience, solid Java development, advanced PL/SQL/Oracle SQL, production-support experience, incident/problem management and code triage skills, and strong requirements analysis and technical design capabilities. Nice-to-have: Oil Data Warehouse exposure, .NET, prior energy-trading experience, and familiarity with ServiceNow workflows. Ideal candidate: 7–12+ years, able to own technical delivery end-to-end, and comfortable in fast-paced trading environments.
Required Qualifications
- Endur (Openlink) – strong hands-on development experience
- Java (core development)
- PL/SQL / Oracle SQL (advanced level)
- Experience supporting Endur in production environments
- Experience with incident/problem management + code triaging
- Strong requirements analysis and technical design skills
