Endpoint Security Expert

Endpoint Security Expert working within a cybersecurity team to secure the IT estate and strengthen security capabilities. Responsibilities include defining, deploying and managing endpoints security solutions (EDR, XDR, encryption, antivirus) with Windows/Linux hardening; developing advanced workstation/server/VDI hardening standards based on CIS benchmarks; managing global email security (DMARC, DKIM rotation, SPF/BIMI records) and anti-phishing controls; leading regular security audits, analyzing DMARC forensic reports, and driving continual improvements to security posture; leading cross-functional cybersecurity projects from requirements to production; contributing to technological watch, technical documentation, and team training; acting as a technical and strategic reference in an international, compliance-focused context. Requires at least 5 years of experience in EDR/XDR security, Windows/Linux security, CIS-based hardening, GPO management, and VDI security; strong scripting (PowerShell, Bash), configuration-management tooling, and robust documentation practices; expertise in email infrastructure security and deliverability; proven project-management skills and ability to align stakeholders around a results-driven vision; familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST standards and integrating security as a resilience driver.
