Job Summary
Endpoint Management Administrator responsible for configuring and imaging laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices for new hires and refresh cycles; managing endpoint configurations, profiles, and compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android using Intune, Jamf, and related tools; monitoring device security posture, patch status, encryption, and antivirus; deploying and troubleshooting configurations and applications; managing mobile app protection and BYOD policies; maintaining imaging and troubleshooting documentation; and collaborating with IT Operations, Identity, and Security teams to meet endpoint standards and access requirements. Requires 2–4 years of enterprise endpoint management experience, proficiency with MDM/UEM tools (Intune, Jamf), strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, ability to collect logs for root cause analysis, familiarity with conditional access and compliance workflows, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in device management, endpoint administration, MDM/UEM administration, or related IT operations within an enterprise environment
- Hands on experience provisioning and imaging laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Proficiency with MDM/UEM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or similar administration tools
- Strong understanding of compliance management, encryption, patch status, and endpoint security posture
- Ability to deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications across multiple platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across device performance, system errors, connectivity, and software issues
- Experience collecting logs and performing root cause analysis
- Familiarity with security tools, conditional access, antivirus, and compliance workflows
- Experience with asset lifecycle management including inventory, refreshes, and disposals
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross functional teams
- Ability to create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
