Job Summary
Provide technical leadership for secure Windows/macOS endpoint baseline engineering, imaging, patching, and VDI access workflows. Design, implement, document, and continuously improve enterprise engineering solutions while collaborating with Government stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Support operational readiness, modernization, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer by developing technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and forensic collection playbooks. Participate in engineering reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement activities. This senior role requires an Active Top Secret security clearance and eight years of IT experience with six years in endpoint engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
- Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
- 6+ years endpoint engineering
- Intune experience
- Autopilot experience
- Ivanti/KACE experience
- JAMF/macOS experience
- Windows baseline experience
- patch validation experience
- rollback experience
- endpoint security experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT/cybersecurity
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
