Job Summary
Specialist Computing role focusing on end-user computing environment management using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf Pro; responsibilities include deploying software and OS updates, ensuring security/compliance, handling end-user support, acting as escalation point for Service Desk and Deskside teams, coordinating enterprise-wide device deployments, submitting troubleshooting notes, collaborating with engineering for improvements, reviewing OS upgrades, and maintaining adherence to organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf Pro administration and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, including device management and software deployment principles
- Experience with VMware Horizon is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in IT is preferred
- 1-3 years on a Level 2 support team or 3-5 years in a senior role on a Level 1 support team
