Job Summary
Endpoint Administrator needed to support ongoing endpoint deployments and security patching across hybrid environments in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include administering Windows PCs and servers, mobile devices (MDM) and BYOD, managing core Microsoft applications and legal-industry apps, and delivering endpoint configurations via Endpoint Manager/Intune and third-party tools. Also provides Tier III helpdesk support for endpoint, OS, and application issues; participates in monitoring, logging, security patching, change management, runbooks, QA/testing/backout planning, and documentation; collaborates with IT teams to align security, compliance, and client needs; engages in continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and security; occasional travel to other offices. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience, 2 years of relevant experience, experience with MDM and SCCM/Intune, familiarity with Microsoft Office/365, and knowledge of security best practices and frameworks such as NIST/ISO. This role is hybrid with some on-site and remote work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in applications, configuration, and Microsoft Windows, iOS, and Android device management/deployment/configuration
- Experience with MDM platforms and Windows delivery models; and application delivery experience with SCCM/Intune packaging/delivery/validating
- Experience with Microsoft App ecosystem including Microsoft Office and 365 apps
- Understanding of basic security best practices with respect to administration and some familiarity with security frameworks like NIST / ISO
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred and/or comparable work experience and certifications
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, with minimal advance notice
