Job Summary
Triage RN role at Mass General Brigham with approximately 90% telephone triage, in-basket messaging, and on-demand patient communication for upcoming procedures, plus 10% on-site support at Endoscopy locations. Lead clinical triage, provide guidance per established protocols, coordinate endoscopy scheduling, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and develop care plans to optimize procedural readiness. Requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, MA RN license, 5+ years endoscopy nursing, 2+ years of procedural endoscopy conscious sedation, 2+ years triage experience, and demonstrated leadership in scheduling and workflow within Endoscopy. Hybrid work arrangement in Brookline, MA, with a base pay range of $41.71–$105.65 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical endoscopy nursing experience (outpatient ambulatory and hospital settings) within the last 6 months
- Minimum of 2 years of procedural endoscopy conscious sedation administration within the last 3 months
- Minimum of 2 years of recent triage experience managing outpatient and/or inpatient endoscopy patients (within the last 6 months)
- Demonstrated leadership experience including daily staff scheduling and workflow coordination
- Proven charge nurse or resource nurse experience in an Endoscopy setting within the last 6 months
