Endoscopy Tech, PRN, Days

Assist the physician in the performance of endoscopic procedures and provide appropriate patient care to Ambulatory Care and Endoscopy patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Maintain supplies and equipment in the Endoscopy Department in proper working order, cleans and disinfects equipment according to unit and hospital policy, and assemble and maintain patient chart material. Perform clerical duties to assure optimal function of Ambulatory Care and Endoscopy, including completing charges for patients and maintaining records and files. Current AHA BLS Certification required; previous experience as Unit Secretary or as CNA/MA preferred.
