Job Summary
Nurse Manager for Endoscopy Center leading outpatient endoscopy services in a Magnet-designated, 226-bed hospital setting. Oversees nursing teams, drives high-quality, safe, patient-centered care, mentors staff for professional growth, and leads workflows to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes. Partners with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to meet organizational goals, ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards, and manages staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics. Requires active RN license with a BSN (MSN preferred); certification within 2 years of hire is favorable. Salary range $145,000–$205,000 annually. Vaccination required for influenza.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Certification preferred or obtained within 2 years of hire
- Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Manager
- Strong background in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Ability to lead teams, manage change, and build efficiencies
