Job Summary
Estia Health Knoxfield is seeking an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) to join our team on a Part-Time/Casual basis, for Morning Shifts (7 am - 3 pm). On a typical day you will provide clinical care to residents, create comprehensive assessments and care plans for new and existing residents, ensure timely documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards, and provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers while promoting a holistic, team-based approach to resident care. You’ll need a Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration, with solid clinical documentation and computer skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma
- AHPRA registration as a registered nurse or equivalent (Endorsed Enrolled Nurse - EEN)
- Experience in aged care
- Experience creating care plans and comprehensive assessments
- Ability to document accurately including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
- Leadership and supervision of Personal Care Workers
- Empathy and communication with residents and families
- Computer/clinical documentation skills
- Compliance with background checks and influenza vaccination requirements
