Job Summary
Diagnose and treat diseases of the nerve, pulp, and dental tissues using x-rays and diagnostic equipment. Examine patients to determine endodontic and oral health needs, then provide comprehensive treatment counseling and educate them on proper hygiene. Manage your own case diagnosis and treatment plans within a supported practice environment. Assist with leading and supervising office team members while maintaining clinical autonomy. This role requires a DDS or DMD degree, current dental license, and endodontic specialty certification. Candidates must be flexible for overnight training sessions monthly during the first year. Salary includes a $450,000 guarantee with earning potential exceeding $700,000.
