Job Summary
Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions using evidence-based endodontic techniques, including root canal therapy, pulpotomies, and apicoectomies. Utilize digital radiography for treatment planning, educate patients on care options, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records. Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate care plans while adhering to strict infection control and sterilization protocols. This part-time, as-needed role offers flexible scheduling of 1-2 Saturdays per month with no on-call or after-hours expectations. Compensation is based on daily rates or percentage of adjusted production, with malpractice coverage provided.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
- Active, unrestricted state dental license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- DEA license (if applicable)
- Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain Real ID for military base access
