Job Summary
Endodontist (Part-time) at Gentle Dental in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule (2 days a month with potential additional days in Prescott, Avondale, and Surprise) within a predominantly PPO, comprehensive dental office. Direct referrals come from several General Dentists. Compensation is based on a percentage of production. Benefits include 401K, malpractice coverage, CE credits, and state licensing support as needed. Qualifications include Board Certified/Board Eligible, Endodontic Residency Certificate, active dental license in good standing, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent with 1 year of experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Endodontic Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License or ability to acquire by time of employment
- CPR, DEA, NPI licenses/certifications (as applicable)
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent
- Endodontic specialty training
- PPO practice experience
- Part-time availability (2 days a month with potential additional days)
