Job Summary
Provide high-quality endodontic care, including treating diseases of nerve, pulp, and dental tissues, while examining patients to determine oral health needs using diagnostic equipment. Diagnose conditions and offer comprehensive treatment counseling, educating patients on proper oral hygiene. Assist with leading and supervising office team members to maintain a supportive work culture. Operate with full clinical autonomy using state-of-the-art tools like an iTero Scanner and VideaHealth AI. Complete a tuberculosis test prior to employment and attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions. Work one day a week on Fridays with a guaranteed base salary and uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD Degree
- Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida
- Must have certification speciality in Endodontics
- Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans
- Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans
- Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required) throughout the year

- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary
