Job Summary
Review patients' medical history, discuss symptoms, and utilize dental instruments and x-ray equipment to diagnose oral pain. Formulate treatment plans and perform non-surgical root canal treatment, endodontic surgery, and apicoectomies to address infections and damaged root surfaces. Replant knocked-out teeth and maintain previously treated teeth while completing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and progress notes. Maintain relationships with dentists and other practitioners in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or Doctor of dental medicine (DMD) degree
- Completion of a post-doctoral residency program in endodontics
- License to practice dentistry
- Proven experience working as an Endodontist
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good hand-eye condition
- A patient and empathetic disposition
Desired Qualifications
- Certification through the American Board of Endodontics (ABE)
