Job Summary
Endodontist position in Wilmington, DE within a doctor-led, specialty-focused dental support group expanding a newly transitioning solo-provider practice. Procedures include root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, apicoectomy, and cracked tooth management, with full clinical autonomy and strong clinical, operational, and administrative support. Compensation is 43% of collections with enhanced reimbursement and referral relationships; debt-assistance of $2,000/month during year one, negotiable relocation assistance, $2,500 annual continuing education allowance, four weeks PTO, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, HSA/FSA), fully covered malpractice, and access to high-quality instruments, supplies, and lab services at no cost to the provider.
Required Qualifications
- Endodontist licensed in Delaware or eligible for licensure
- Experience performing root canal therapy, retreatment, apicoectomy
- Ability to work in a solo-provider location under a larger organization
- Strong clinical autonomy with support in administrative operations
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Willingness to relocate to Wilmington, DE (relocation assistance negotiable)
