Job Summary
Conduct endodontic procedures under direct referral from General Dentists in predominantly PPO practices. Perform root canal therapy and related endodontic treatments within a comprehensive dental office setting. Work four days per month, splitting time between Avondale and Laveen locations. Earn compensation based on percentage of production plus a $25,000 signing bonus. Maintain board certification or eligibility, an Endodontic Residency Certificate, and current state licensure. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Endodontic Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Doctor of Dental Surgery or better
