Job Summary
Endodontist sought for a part-time position in Gentle Dental’s Phoenix, AZ practice. Flexible part-time schedule (2 days a month, with additional days possible in Prescott, Avondale, and Surprise). Predominantly PPO practice in a comprehensive dental office. Compensation based on production with a $15,000 signing bonus. Required: DDS/DMD, Endodontic residency, state license, board certification/eligibility; 1 year of experience preferred. Benefits include 401K, malpractice, CE credits. Location: 4550 E Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85032. Emphasis on clinical autonomy, patient care, and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Endodontic Residency Certificate
- Current applicable State Dental License
- Doctor of Dental Surgery or better
- High School or better
