Provide clinical services across two locations, rotating 4 days a month with 2 days in Avondale and 2 days in Laveen. Earn compensation based on percentage of production, supported by a $25,000 signing bonus. Maintain board certification or eligibility, hold an Endodontic Residency Certificate, and possess a current applicable State Dental License. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Endodontic Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Doctor of Dental Surgery or better
