Endocrinology Physician

Endocrinology Physician in Mobile, AL joining a two-person practice with potential for a four-person group. Role includes inpatient and outpatient care, thyroid biopsies performed in-office, hospitalist collaboration, and diabetes education clinic on campus. The team will support with two APPs; EMR is Athena; office labs handle blood sugars and A1C with referral to Providence Lab followed by LabCorp for results. On-campus hospital access with a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off call schedule. Experience or new grad welcome; must be able to perform thyroid biopsies and not sponsor a visa. Work with diabetes education and tech support for insulin pump and glucometer data; 4 exam rooms on site; on hospital campus. Medical practice on the Gulf Coast with a focus on endocrinology services for Medicare, commercial, and Medicaid payer mix.
