Job Summary
Board-eligible/board-certified Endocrinologist needed at Franciscan Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette to deliver outpatient and inpatient endocrine care. Schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with an average outpatient volume of 12–15 patients per day and 0–4 inpatient consults weekly, plus shared on-call. Role includes management of Type I/II diabetes, insulin pumps, CGM, thyroid disorders (hyper/hypothyroidism, nodules, thyroid cancer), parathyroid disease, hypogonadism, PCOS, and pituitary-adrenal disorders, with potential outreach to surrounding locations and access to onsite diabetes education resources. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate - Required
- Physician License (DR/DO) - Upon Hire Required
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
