Job Summary
Endocrinology physician position with Franciscan Physician Network in Lafayette, IN. Provide diabetes and endocrine care with a focus on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and community-building. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; outpatient volume 12–15 patients/day; 0–4 inpatient consults/week; shared call; onsite diabetes educators; potential outreach to surrounding locations. Board-certified/eligible endocrinologist required; Doctorate and active physician license upon hire; BLS; relocation assistance available.
