Board-certified/board-eligible Endocrinologist sought at Franciscan Physician Network in Lafayette, IN to provide diabetes and endocrinology care with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The role involves outpatient and inpatient consults with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., handling 12–15 outpatient visits per day and 0–4 inpatient consults per week, and participation in shared call. Resources include onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators, potential outreach to surrounding locations, and a comprehensive benefits package including relocation assistance. Key clinical areas include Type I and Type II diabetes, insulin pumps, CGM, thyroid disorders, hyperparathyroidism, hypogonadism, PCOS, pituitary-adrenal disorders, and related endocrine conditions.
