Endocrinology physician sought to join Franciscan Physician Network in Lafayette, Indiana. Focus on delivering high-quality diabetes and endocrinology care with strong patient relationships; coordinate with a team and onsite diabetes educators. Responsibilities include outpatient management with typical volume of 12–15 patients daily, 0–4 inpatient consults weekly, shared call, and potential outreach to surrounding locations. Key diagnoses include Type I and II diabetes, insulin pumps, CGM, primary hyperparathyroidism, thyroid disorders (hyper/hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules and cancer), hypogonadism, PCOS, and pituitary-adrenal disorders.
