Board-eligible/Board-certified endocrinologist sought to deliver diabetes and endocrinology care at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette. Role emphasizes high-quality patient care with outpatient volume 12-15 patients daily, 0-4 inpatient consults weekly, and shared call. Responsibilities include collaborating with multispecialty team, utilizing onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators, and potential outreach to surrounding locations. Core duties center on diabetes management (Type I/II, insulin pumps, CGM) and endocrine disorders (hyperparathyroidism, thyroid diseases, hypogonadism, PCOS, pituitary-adrenal disorders).
