Job Summary
Endocrinology physician sought to provide Diabetes & Endocrinology care at Franciscan Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists in Lafayette, IN. Role includes outpatient and limited inpatient consults with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), average outpatient volume 12–15 patients per day, shared call, and access to onsite Diabetes Educators. Candidate will collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality patient care and build community relationships. Common diagnoses include Type I/II diabetes, thyroid disorders, hyperparathyroidism, PCOS, pituitary-adrenal disorders, and related conditions. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate - Required
- Physician License (DR/DO) - Upon Hire Required
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
