Endocrinology opportunity at Franciscan Physician Network in Lafayette, IN. Board-eligible/board-certified endocrinologist sought to support Diabetes & Endocrinology services with emphasis on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, community ties, and collaborative care. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with 12–15 outpatient patients daily and 0–4 inpatient consults per week, plus shared call. The role includes access to onsite diabetes educators, potential outreach to surrounding locations, and a breadth of diagnoses including Type I and II diabetes, insulin pumps, CGM, primary hyperparathyroidism, thyroid disorders (hyper/hypothyroidism, nodules, cancer), hypogonadism, PCOS, and pituitary-adrenal disorders.
