Conduct endocrinology care within integrated health system networks, maintaining continuity of access to specialists, referrals, and Epic-based medical records. Manage longitudinal patient relationships rather than transactional interactions, supported by AI-powered tools for chart review, care gap identification, and documentation. Practice fully remotely while partnering with nationally recognized systems such as Mayo Clinic, Cedars-Sinai, and Mass General Brigham. Requires active licensure in New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, or Minnesota, with multi-state eligibility strongly preferred. Total compensation exceeds $330,000.
Required Qualifications
- Active licensure in New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Wisconsin (WI), and Minnesota (MN)
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
