Job Summary
Conduct longitudinal endocrinology care for patients within integrated health system networks including Mayo Clinic, Cedars-Sinai, and Mass General Brigham. Utilize Epic-integrated workflows and AI-powered tools for chart review, care gap identification, and documentation to reduce administrative burden. Maintain continuity of care, manage specialist referrals, and support patients through relationship-based medicine. Practice fully remotely with flexible scheduling options. Requires MD or DO with board certification in Endocrinology and active licensure in New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, or Minnesota. Multi-state licensure and IMLC eligibility are preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Active licensure in New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Wisconsin (WI), and Minnesota (MN)
