Job Summary
Conduct longitudinal endocrinology care within integrated health system networks, utilizing Epic-based medical records and AI-powered tools for chart review and care gap identification. Manage patient relationships and referrals while maintaining continuity across Mayo Clinic, Cedars-Sinai, Mass General Brigham, and other nationally recognized partners. Requires MD or DO with board certification in Endocrinology, active licensure in New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, or Minnesota, and preference for IMLC eligibility. Fully remote position with flexible scheduling and total earning potential exceeding $330,000.
