Conduct endocrinology care within integrated health system networks, maintaining continuity of care, access to specialists, and referrals via Epic-based medical records. Provide longitudinal patient relationships rather than transactional interactions, supported by advanced AI tools for chart review, care gap identification, and documentation assistance. Practice fully remotely while partnering with nationally recognized health systems including Mayo Clinic and Mass General Brigham. Requires MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology, active licensure in New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, or Minnesota, and multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility. Total compensation exceeds $330,000 with flexible scheduling options.
