Job Summary
Endocrinologist opportunity with Luminis Health to join a growing endocrinology department. Responsibilities include supervising and writing orders for medical procedures, prescribing referrals, overseeing medication protocols, ensuring clear and timely documentation of care and incidents, dictating patient care notes, and coordinating endocrinology services across multiple Maryland counties. Requires an MD/DO medical degree, completion of residency in the field, ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine with endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism (board certified or board-eligible), and an active Maryland license (DEA). Full-time position in Annapolis, Greenbelt, and Easton MD with a team-oriented, multi-disciplinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Medicine (Doctor degree)
- Completion of Residency in specified field of Specialty
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine; Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine
- Possess current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Maryland (DEA license)
