Job Summary
Endocrinologist with specialization in Thyroidology for a full-time faculty position at BIDMC/HMS in Cambridge, MA. Responsibilities include ambulatory and inpatient endocrine practice, and teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Expertise in thyroid ultrasound and biopsy is required. MD or DO with Board-certified or eligible in Endocrinology, and a valid Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one. The candidate will be appointed to HMS at an academic rank commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or eligible in Endocrine
- A valid MA medical license or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- BC/BE Clinical endocrinologist with a special interest in thyroidology
- Expertise in thyroid ultrasound and biopsy is a must
- Academic rank of Instructor, Assistant, or Associate Professor of Medicine at HMS will be conferred based on experience and qualifications
