Job Summary
Manage outpatient endocrine care for a diverse patient base, specializing in diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions, and osteoporosis. Provide inpatient consults as needed within a collaborative team environment featuring Primary Care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. Maintain eligibility for New York State licensure and DEA registration while participating in a value-based care model. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship
- Eligible for New York State medical licensure
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical and patient education skills
