Endocrinologist

Provide outpatient and management care for patients with diabetes or other endocrine disorders, including inpatient consults via telephone or telemedicine. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical resource coordinators to develop care management strategies and respond promptly to referral sources with evaluations and suggested plans. Lead strategic planning, program development, and the creation of standards, policies, and quality assurance guidelines for the Medical Group Endocrinology Program while participating in Lean initiatives and operational problem solving.
