Job Summary
Conduct outpatient cancer center care for endocrine neoplasia cases Monday through Friday from 8a to 5p. Provide Board Certified endocrine or oncology services while maintaining Basic Life Support, DEA, and chemotherapy certifications. Operate within the EPIC electronic medical record system and adhere to Connecticut state licensure requirements. Complete credentialing within the 4-8 week timeframe.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification
- Oncology Certified
- Connecticut state medical license
- one year of Advanced Practitioner experience in Endocrinology or Endocrine Neoplasia
