Job Summary
Recruit initial members and vet officers to install a board of Creative, Tech, and Business leaders. Establish weekly meeting routines and culture, then execute the first Endless Game & Content Jam to produce real projects. Manage the launch budget for events, gear, and branding while reporting daily to HQ to leverage the national network of mentors and alumni. Found a campus chapter by Fall 2026 with one co-founder, setting the template for future chapters across the country.
Required Qualifications
- You are a current college student, enrolled through 2026–27
- You are comfortable with outreach and speaking publicly about Endless and its mission
- You are a strong judge of people
- You think in an interdisciplinary way
Desired Qualifications
- Bonus: you already have someone in mind as a cofounder and know the creative, gaming, or builder community at your school
