Job Summary
End User Technology Analyst providing onsite IT support for the office environment, maintaining and supporting local IT infrastructure, and delivering L2/L3 support for end-user technology issues. Responsibilities include supporting Windows 11 and Windows 365 environments, Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Teams Voice and telephony, video conferencing, desk-side hardware repair, asset inventory, office moves, printer support, network cabling, and coordinating with third-party vendors. Requires building strong customer service, documenting SOPs, and collaborating with local office management and Group IT teams to escalate major issues and implement new systems for operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or BAC+2/3 qualification in an IT-related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Intune, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Experience configuring and supporting Windows 11 and Windows 365 environments
- Knowledge of DNS and DHCP technologies
- Experience creating and improving SOPs and technical documentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills in English
