Job Summary
Manage and optimize global endpoints using MDM tools to keep Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS devices secure, compliant, and up to date. Deliver Level 3 technical troubleshooting and escalation support for complex mobility issues while overseeing the full device lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning. Ensure security and compliance by partnering with cybersecurity teams to align strategies, mitigate risks, and improve endpoint controls. Drive automation through PowerShell and Azure services to enhance efficiency and define the multi-year roadmap for scalable, user-centric endpoint solutions. Collaborate internationally to align practices across regions and support the transition of well-architected solutions into Run organizations with minimal rework.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, end-user computing, or enterprise device management
- hands-on device management and troubleshooting in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Intune for enterprise device management
- Proven experience managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices in an enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of end-user hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Experience working in international teams

- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, particularly where endpoint requirements differ between office and operational settings
- Experience with Lean or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Practical use of AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, documentation, automation, or troubleshooting
