End User Support Technician

Job Summary
End User Support Technician role providing end-user support for hardware/software in remote Canada (London, ON and surrounding areas). Responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, diagnosing and resolving desktop issues (including remote support), installing/configuring/troubleshooting hardware and software (MAC and PC), supporting Office 365 across devices, liaising with third-party vendors, and maintaining inventory of assets. Required skills include strong problem-solving, proactive learning, customer service excellence, and experience with Office 365; Microsoft Intune familiarity is a plus. Emphasis on collaboration, escalating complex issues, and contributing to team productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration
- Experience with Office 365 applications and account management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune would be considered an asset
- Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
