End User Support Technician I

Job Summary
Conduct daily end-user support, including desk-side troubleshooting, hardware installations, cable management, and equipment moves. Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, docks, printers, and other devices while managing Windows 10 to 11 migrations, OS deployment, imaging, and configuration. Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, common business applications, Active Directory, and basic Apple/macOS systems. Perform workstation setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for enterprise Windows deployments. Requires ability to lift 40 lbs., work nights, weekends, and holidays, and obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including OS deployment, imaging, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience deploying desktops, laptops, monitors, docks, printers, and other end-user devices
- Strong physical end-user support skills, including desk-side troubleshooting, hardware installations, cable management, workstation setup, and equipment moves
- Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- Experience with Active Directory and basic hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and walk throughout a large property
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card
- Experience supporting enterprise Windows deployments
- Basic Apple/macOS support
- CompTIA A+ Certification
