Job Summary
Provide advanced onsite IT support to ~100 Chicago-based users and VIP executives; manage all office technology including AV systems (Teams rooms, Zoom/Teams hardware, soundbars, displays), printer infrastructure and badge readers; provide enterprise end-user support (L2/L3) for ~3,000 users, troubleshoot complex endpoint, authentication, M365, collaboration, and AV issues; maintain high-quality notes and documentation; contribute to KB and ITIL processes; provide onsite dispatch across US and Canada; deliver executive white-glove support, test and support large meetings, monitor SLA adherence across Incident, Request, Change, and Problem processes; manage software licenses and asset records in ServiceNow; coordinate with offshore MSP; lead deployment projects involving endpoint AV upgrades; participate in cross-business rollouts and user communications; offer comprehensive benefits and accommodations; recruitment notices emphasize accessibility.
