Job Summary
End User Sales Representative in HVAC for British Columbia, responsible for executing the direct-to-end-user sales strategy across targeted verticals (healthcare, education, hospitality, etc.). Build long-term relationships with facilities managers, asset owners, developers, and institutional buyers; identify HVAC needs and deliver tailored product offerings (environment solutions, controls, air purification systems, and filters). Manage a portfolio of direct end-user accounts with focus on retention and growth; coordinate with internal teams to deliver complete solutions; develop account plans, sales forecasts, and proposals; travel within British Columbia to engage customers and opportunities; maintain CRM records and report on pipeline and market feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B or solution-based technical sales; HVAC or building systems experience preferred
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and controls
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a wide geographic territory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within British Columbia
