Job Summary
Lead and support the desktop support team in Bartlett, TN. Manage daily desktop operations, user accounts/access control (Active Directory, GPOs, IAM), and endpoint management (SCCM/MECM, Intune) for Windows 10/11 and legacy Windows XP/7 systems. Oversee device deployment, patching, updates, and security, and help plan migrations from old systems to newer hardware/software. Provide Tier-3 troubleshooting and guidance to the team, focusing on security hardening and lifecycle management. The role involves onsite/hybrid work and requires 5+ years of desktop support experience and 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of desktop support or endpoint engineering experience
- 2+ years of team lead or management experience
