Job Summary
Provide advanced technical support for end-user computing systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; manage device lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning; support end-users in person, remotely, or via phone/email; assist in system administration and security patching; collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration; deliver end-user training and create technical documentation; on-call rotation (7x24) required; requires HS diploma/GED and 2 years’ relevant experience; includes Windows 11, MS 365, MDM/MAM, endpoint protection concepts, and knowledge of hardware components and security measures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years experience in end-user computing support
- Knowledge of Windows 11
- MS O365 Office Suite
- MS Office Suite
- Networking essentials and TCP/IP
- MDM/MAM tools (e.g., remote desktop solutions and virtual environments)
- Endpoint security concepts (antivirus, encryption)
- XenMobile, JAMF familiarity
- CompTIA A+ or MCP preferred
