Job Summary
Support Pathward’s end-user technology services as part of a team, administering workstations, performing OS imaging and configuration, and providing tiered assistance. Responsibilities include OS testing, asset management, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather data for evaluating product performance and operational support. Requires Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, AutoPilot imaging, JAMF, ServiceNow (preferred), Teams Rooms for VDI, imaging tools, break/fix procedures, and strong communication skills; certifications such as CompTIA A+, HDI-SCA, or Apple Device Support/Deployment are a plus. Minimum 3+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience required.
